Job Summary
Office Administrative Coordinator responsible for answering calls and emails, maintaining office supplies, supporting office staff and off-site managers, processing mail, managing shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx), completing proposal documents, assisting with hiring (scheduling interviews, background checks, onboarding), and preparing/reviewing reports and documents in Microsoft Office. Ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, customer-focused, tech-savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office with a friendly team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years minimum experience in office oversight duties is required.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite.
