Job Summary
Provide organization and administrative support for the office team and manager, including accounts receivable & payable in NAV and QuickBooks; scheduling meetings and events; researching and receptionist duties; writing and compiling financial and other management reports; assisting with office duties and executive tasks; creating slides, announcements, and sign-up sheets; answering phones and assisting customers at the front desk with egg and supply sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or GED/equivalent experience
- Proficiency in computer tasks, including typing, emailing, and internet use
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn NAV and QuickBooks
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, financial reports, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the public
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
