Job Summary
Office Administrative Assistant responsible for front-office duties and cross-departmental administrative support at the corporate headquarters in San Diego. Responsibilities include reception management, department support, shipping/logistics, assisting Accounting with client billing and Excel-based data management, facilities administration, responding to medical records requests, onboarding/offboarding of employees, inventory and supply management, coordinating weekly lunches and company meetings, planning and executing company events, and supporting legal and compliance-related document handling. Requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong multitasking and organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; QuickBooks/Paylocity experience a plus; experience with FedEx/UPS/USPS shipping is preferred. Job type: Full-time, non-exempt; starting hourly pay $23.00; located at the San Diego corporate office.
