Job Summary
Part-time Office Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager, Purchasing Manager and Sales/Engineering Department. Responsibilities include directing customers to appropriate individuals, voucher entry for A/P vendor accounts, time-card data entry, assembling job folders, and providing administrative support. Requires excellent human relations and communication skills, accurate 10-key by touch, ability to interact with the public under interruptions, and proficiency with spreadsheet/word processing applications, with prior experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Work environment includes telephone usage and exposure to manufacturing setting; hours are flexibly scheduled from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
