Job Summary
Office Administrative Assistant will assist the HR Department and Senior Management with day-to-day operations, including greeting internal and external customers, answering multi-line phones, maintaining employee records, ordering supplies, assisting with payroll processing, and partnering on specialty projects at the corporate office. Responsibilities also include managing corporate calendar, assisting with new hires training, handling ADP-related inquiries, processing labor law posters, and supporting HR-related reporting and events. Skills/experience called for include proficiency with MS Office Suite, a valid driver's license, and notary public preferred, in-office schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm in Costa Mesa, CA. Compensation is $23.00 per hour with benefits. The role requiresHigh School education and 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
