Job Summary
Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner; answer and direct incoming phone calls; manage customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate department; maintain a clean, welcoming reception area; assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping; process mail and deliveries; schedule appointments and coordinate customer communications; support accounting, sales, service, and management teams with administrative tasks; maintain dealership records with accuracy and confidentiality; assist with vehicle paperwork and dealership documentation as needed; perform general office duties and support special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
