Job Summary
Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventories, replenishing as needed. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required. Take refund requests, receipt requests, and paperwork verification. Demonstrates proven administrative experience and strong software skills; supports a range of office tasks with attention to confidentiality, accuracy, and customer-focused communication. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
