Job Summary
Office Admin/Office Assistant responsible for greeting residents and visitors, handling calls and emails, data entry, leasing support (greeting visitors, unit tours, follow-up with renters), managing resident communications (newsletters/notices), coordinating maintenance requests and vendor activities, and assisting the Property Manager to ensure efficient office operations. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and manage time, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and flexibility to accommodate office schedules. Physical duties include indoor/outdoor work in a residential setting with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The role supports Millennia Housing Management in Wheeling, WV and is performed in a full-time, in-person capacity.
