Job Summary
Sort and tag baggage by destination and departure time, then transfer checked luggage in and out of cargo vans. Assist with verifying that luggage is properly tagged and secured while ensuring the highest level of customer service during all baggage handling interactions. Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor or facility manager. Complete all required training including airport compliance and pass criminal and drug background screenings. Work rotating shifts including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating shifts Including nights, early mornings, and weekends
- Complete all required training including airport compliance
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Lift up to 75lbs
- Pass a criminal background screening
- Pass a drug screening
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Close vision
- Peripheral vision
- Ability to adjust focus
