Job Summary
Seeking an Off-Site Airline Check-in Agent to assist passengers with luggage check-in and boarding passes, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Physical demands include lifting and handling luggage, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and maintaining professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in the early morning rotation
- At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening
- Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process
Desired Qualifications
- Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred
- Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred
Additional Requirements
- No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed
