Job Summary
Off Shift Operations Manager role responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and measuring all warehouse operations. Develop, implement, and measure standard operating procedures within the facility; align with customer schedules, and monitor performance against schedules. Establish and maintain warehouse infrastructure, oversee P&L for the operation, and develop internal training. Present facility operations to prospective customers and ensure a safe working environment with proper PPE. Lead staffing decisions, ensure staff training, and manage performance to meet productivity and organizational objectives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and typically 3–7 years of related supervisory or management experience; background checks and related verifications are required.
