Job Summary
Conduct complete sales calls on assigned accounts daily using the PIITCHER process to sell and merchandise beer and non-alcoholic products. Manage inventory by ensuring proper stock rotation, preventing out-of-stocks, and swapping close-dated or damaged product before expiration. Maintain relationships with retailer owners and managers while actively participating in incentive programs and tracking competitive pricing. Prepare Point of Sale materials for delivery drivers and request additional placements, ads, and price reductions on each visit. Keep marketing plans, tracking charts, and vehicle records updated while adhering to all liquor control regulations and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs per case
- Proper lifting techniques
- Ability to climb in and out of vehicle
- Knowledge of local, state and federal liquor control regulations
- Ability to operate and protect equipment (radios, hand trucks, vehicles)
