Job Summary
Off-Premise Activation Manager to bring Pressed Juicery’s brand to life across retail shelves, in-store experiences, and key customer moments. Own activation across accounts, translating brand strategy into retailer-relevant programs that drive placement, visibility, and shopper engagement across natural, grocery, club, and mass channels. Lead development and execution of account-specific activation plans aligned to retailer calendars; build sell-in tools and execution resources; ensure operational feasibility and strong commercial outcomes. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure brand strategy translates to in-store execution, monitor performance, and drive improvements in trial, placement, and velocity. Manage trade events, budgets, and timelines; maintain in-store execution standards and provide tools to brokers/distributors. Requires 4+ years in CP G retail activation or related roles, experience across multiple retail channels, and strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in CPG retail activation, trade marketing, or account support roles
- experience across grocery, natural, club, or mass retail channels
- strong understanding of retailer dynamics and account-specific activation
- ability to translate brand strategy into practical in-store execution
- strong project management skills with multiple accounts and timelines
- experience cross-functional with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
