Job Summary
Field-based activation role focused on Off Premise accounts across designated Texas territories. Responsible for driving brand presence, identifying and executing activation opportunities, merchandising, POS placement, and enforcing planogram standards. Manages inventory, restocking, and date-code checks; communicates with client teams, analyzes territory data, and ensures timely reporting and budget tracking. Requires relationship-building with retailers and internal stakeholders, ability to travel within territory, and strong communication skills to educate customers and drive commercial growth. Mentorship-minded with a proactive approach to gathering customer feedback and shaping market needs; bilingual ability a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the beer or spirits industry; ready-to-drink experience preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must live and travel within assigned territory with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel nights/weekends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with performance dashboards and sales platforms
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
