Job Summary
Field-based Activation Agent responsible for the success of Off Premise brand portfolios (Pre-Mix RTD & FMB) in a defined Houston territory; engage accounts to plan, design, and execute activities driving commercial growth, spot activation opportunities, install POS materials, maintain shelf standards and inventory, impart brand attributes to clients, trade, and consumers, partner with client teams, manage agency initiatives and reporting, and utilize performance dashboards. Requires 2-3 years in beer/spirits, ability to travel within territory, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and flexibility to work hours including nights/weekends; bilingual a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in beer or spirits industry
- ready-to-drink (RTD) experience preferred
- willingness to travel within assigned territory
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage merchandising, POS, and shelf standards
- bilingual English and Spanish a plus
