Job Summary
Lead and drive the sales performance of off-plan real estate projects in Saudi Arabia. Develop and execute sales strategies; manage and develop the sales team; build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agencies, and marketing partners; expand direct and indirect sales channels; monitor sales performance with KPIs and regular management reports; collaborate on pricing strategies, offers, and marketing campaigns; oversee the customer journey from inquiry to contract signing and closing; achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth and investment returns; ensure high standards of customer experience and sales effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in managing off-plan sales projects
- Proven track record in successfully selling residential and mixed-use developments
- Strong network of relationships with brokers, real estate marketers, and agencies within the Saudi market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities
- Experience in developing sales plans and monitoring KPIs and sales performance metrics
