Job Summary
Conduct specialized client management, threat assessment, and problem-solving for Fortune 500 companies, entertainment executives, and special events. Provide one-on-one security protection, residential protection, and tracking system oversight while building a safe environment for visitors and safeguarding assets. Observe for unusual activity, respond immediately to on-site emergencies, and support investigations and surveillance. Perform product escorts and executive protection duties as required. Maintain flexibility to work any shifts, including domestic and international travel up to 50% of the time, and assist with overtime. Report to the Operations Manager within a challenging work environment offering growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three plus years of law enforcement experience
- Active or retired law enforcement credentials
- Valid POST certification
- Active PILB work card with armed endorsement
- Proof of annual firearms requalification or annual firearms training course
- Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client-requested certifications
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Domestic and/or International Travel up to 50% of the time
- Flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun)
- Willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
