Job Summary
Off Duty Officer provides security services for Fortune 500 companies, entertainment industry executives, and major events. Responsibilities include customer service, safeguarding client assets, observing for unusual activity and responding to emergencies on-site, investigation and surveillance support, product escort, and executive protection. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years law enforcement experience, active/retired law enforcement status, POST certification, CCW and firearms qualifications, state guard certification, and ability to travel up to 50% with flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Three plus years of law enforcement experience
- Active/retired law enforcement
- POST certification
- Active CCW and Exposed Firearms permits
- Proof of annual firearms requalification OR annual firearms training course
- Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client-requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
- Domestic and/or International Travel up to 50% of time may be required
- Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
