Job Summary
Duties include supporting the Muncie Arts and Culture Council with board/committee management (e.g., meeting notes, presentations), grants research and drafts (e.g., Mayor’s Arts Awards, Artist Spotlight, First Thursday, public art, tabling, outreach), and operations including research/writing for communications, building management, and general administrative support (file management). Prior office experience and an interest in arts and culture are preferred. Requires pre-approval through Financial Aid, enrollment in at least 6 credit hours, Satisfactory Academic Progress, FAFSA on file, and a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be pre-approved through the Financial Aid Office
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Student must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours
- Student must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress as determined by the financial aid office
- Student must have a current FAFSA on file

- Criminal background check will be completed on the selected applicant
