Job Summary
Oversee Field Integration & Assembly (FIA) and Owner-Furnished Equipment (OFE) as the Owner's Representative, managing vendor sandboxes, external schedules, and cost estimates while ensuring factory acceptance and site delivery. Lead delivery management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination by validating contractor assessments, tracking product status, and managing design changes and interface integrations. Report early warnings, lead risk escalations, and review scopes of work to meet schedule requirements for data centre projects across the Nordics.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management background
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of a HNC Higher National Certificate in relative field
- Delivery program Management
- Autodesk ACC
- OFE experience
- FIA experience

- You can be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to Norway or Finland (11/3 rotation)
Desired Qualifications
- Data Centre Experience Hyperscale would be advantageous
- Consulting experience PMC experience would be advantageous
- although time served would be acceptable
