OFCI Procurement Lead

Job Summary
Execute procurement activities in accordance with Yondr Procurement Policy, governance standards, and project schedules. Manage supplier onboarding, compliance documentation, prequalification, and RFP execution from initiation through contract award. Coordinate bid evaluations, commercial levelling, and contract negotiations with Legal, Engineering, and Cost teams to ensure alignment with project milestones. Track purchase order execution, supplier deliverables, and logistics to support successful OFCI equipment delivery. Identify and escalate risks while driving continuous improvement through process standardization and digital workflow automation. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain supply chain resilience and scalability across Yondr's global data center portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial roles within data center, infrastructure, or complex construction environments
- Working knowledge of procurement governance, supplier onboarding, and contract administration
- Experience managing RFPs, bid evaluations, and commercial analysis
- Strong coordination skills with Legal, Engineering, Cost, and Project teams
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and process driven with strong documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with OFCI equipment procurement and construction supply chains preferred
