Job Summary
The Of Counsel Attorney will work with the Litigation group to advise and defend employers on various workplace matters, including investigations and administrative charges. Responsibilities include the defense of agency discrimination charges, managing lawsuits related to employment claims, and leading a team of associate attorneys. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail for document-intensive cases, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A JD and 8+ years of experience, preferably in employment law, are essential.

- JD from accredited law school
- MD Bar Admission preferred
