Job Summary
The Of Counsel Attorney will work with the Litigation group to advise and defend employers in workplace legal matters including investigations, administrative charges, and lawsuits. Responsibilities include independently producing quality work products, defending against agency charges of discrimination, representing employers in various judicial and administrative venues, and collaborating with a team on larger cases. Required qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, preferred 8+ years experience, excellent detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
