Job Summary
Handle defense of agency charges of discrimination and lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims, including wage and hour class/collective actions. Advise and train employers on various employment laws and regulations, and represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitration concerning discrimination, contract disputes, employment torts, wage and hour matters, and non-compete cases.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- 8+ years of experience in Class Action litigation defense work
- Admitted to PA Bar and in good standing
- Experience acting as Lead Counsel
- Understanding of current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills
