Job Summary
Perform fundus, anterior segment, and external photography as ordered by the eye care provider, and conduct scanning computerized ophthalmic diagnostic imaging. Maintain camera equipment, related inventory, and all patient-related records pertaining to imaging systems while documenting specific data through diagnostic testing. Obtain images for physician presentations as necessary and complete other duties as assigned. Requires normal range of eyesight and the ability to work in dimly lit or dark rooms.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of ocular anatomy
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team orientation
- Normal range of eyesight
- Ability to work in a small space in dimly lit, or dark room
