OES Sales Executive

Job Summary
OES Aftermarket Sales Executive at DENSO Europe, responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with OES customers, maximizing DENSO OE share, coordinating cross-departmental projects, and achieving sales and profit targets. Requires managing customer contracts, preparing annual sales plans, strategic market analysis, creating and executing sales leads, negotiating offers (RFQ), and guiding projects through planning, development, and full lifecycle within a multicultural, international environment. Bachelor or University degree in business or engineering and 3-5 years of experience, with strong English skills and Dutch language being an asset; proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM tools, and an interest in Automotive Aftermarket.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or University degree in business or engineering field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience overall and in project management
- Good English language skills
- Dutch and other languages are an asset
- A strong interest in or good knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket industry
- Affinity with product development
- Ability to influence and convince others and find solutions
- Strong analytic and business strategy skills
- Able to cooperate in a multicultural environment, understanding of the Japanese business culture
- Proactive & able to work autonomously whilst being a team player
- Diplomatic, mature, ability to deal with long term negotiation process
- Networking & commercial skills
- Literate in Microsoft Office suite (in particular Xls, PowerBI, Outlook & Ppt), experience with ERP systems, MS project & CRM tools
- Driver license
