Job Summary
Review weekly sales trends and calculate operational and tactical replenishment orders to tell Purchase Order Coordinators exactly what, how many, and from whom to order. Manage a large portfolio of new stock items across multiple product lines and warehouse locations by forecasting SKU-level demand, maintaining safety stocks, and avoiding inventory shortages. Lead weekly forward-looking Stock Steering meetings with OEM Purchasing Leadership to formulate and report on supply strategy execution. Assist the OEM Purchasing Team Lead and Analyst with purchasing, planning, and supplier performance reporting projects as needed. This role supports Maddox, the nation's leading electrical transformer provider, in mitigating supply risks and ensuring profitability through consistent inventory breadth and depth.
Required Qualifications
- intermediate-to-advanced level of skill with spreadsheets and dashboards (i.e. Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets)
- love working with large datasets and gleaning valuable insights from them

Desired Qualifications
- education/experience in engineering, data analytics, supply chain, manufacturing, or purchasing
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certifications
- Six Sigma credentials
