Job Summary
OEM Strategic Account Manager to drive proactive growth with Kondex’s OEM customers through strategic planning, data-driven insight, and disciplined execution. Own annual account plans, forecasts, and QBRs using Salesforce and Power BI; build cross-functional executive relationships; identify and develop new OEM opportunities; manage profitability and ROI through disciplined analytics; travel ~50% domestically and internationally to engage customers, participate in trade shows, and advance growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- Five (5) or more years of demonstrated sales success with OEMs
