Job Summary
Sales Manager role at Concord Hospitality focused on managing hotel client accounts and developing new group business. Responsibilities include coordinating pre-event, event, and post-event details (room blocks, meeting space, concessions, group resumes, BEOs, billing), attending customer functions as needed, forecasting group rooms and F&B revenues, learning the hotel’s products and function spaces, and achieving proactive and reactive sales activity and revenue goals. Requires collaboration with internal and external partners, use of digital sales systems and sales processes, and participation in internal meetings and training to support individual and team goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hotel sales or related events/sales roles
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Ability to forecast revenue and manage group blocks
- Familiarity with Delphi, CI/TY, PMS or similar sales systems
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
