OEM Sales Manager

Job Summary
Own the P&L performance of the OEM vertical, including revenue growth, margin management, and account retention. Manage relationships with a portfolio of OEM accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic customers while identifying new business development opportunities within the Houston market and broader territory. Serve as a key point of contact for OEM vendor partners, driving joint performance goals and resolving escalations. Own vendor inventory strategy, working closely with partners on stocking levels and product selection to support customer demand. Lead pricing strategy and quoting decisions, representing Lonestar in customer negotiations and business reviews. Provide regular reporting to Industrial Division leadership and ensure smooth resolution of order, shipping, and vendor issues. Requires 5+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience in electrical distribution, industrial products, or a related B2B industrial market
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business, ideally with OEM or manufacturing customers
- Strong understanding of electrical products, distribution economics, and manufacturer/vendor relationship management
- Comfortable working with data — pricing analysis, account performance tracking, and margin management
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage both customer and vendor dynamics
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning outcomes for a full vertical
- Lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required infrequently
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
