Job Summary
Review customer order specifications and OEM approval drawings to ensure supplier compatibility. Collaborate with Purchase Order Coordinators to uncover and solve supply-related issues, and facilitate resolution meetings between OEMs and internal stakeholders. Notify Customer Service, Sales, and Leadership teams when significant order milestones are reached or roadblocks occur, working with them to provide solutions. Manage a designated portfolio of strategic OEMs by engaging in pricing and production capacity negotiations, quality/service compliance audits, and onboarding new suppliers. Represent Maddox at select high-profile trade shows. In-office work with occasional domestic and/or international travel (up to 15%).
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of related experience
- education/experience in engineering, technical sales, quality control, manufacturing, or purchasing
