Job Summary
Manage OEM purchase order creation, accuracy, release, and tracking to ensure continuous transformer production and timely delivery. Catalog product specs, OEM Sales Order Acknowledgments, record drawings, test reports, and logistics documentation while maintaining system data integrity. Notify stakeholders in OEM Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales departments regarding significant milestones or roadblocks to facilitate positive solutions. Contribute to new stock product launches and supply chain operational efficiency projects as needed. Report to the Supplier Relations Manager within a fast-paced procurement environment supporting commercial supply orders from inception to final delivery.
