Job Summary
OEM Partnership Sales Account at Ayvens tasked with supporting the sales performance of assigned Partners and managing a Partner team. Responsibilities include delivering training sessions on operational, marketing, and scoring aspects to align local actions with corporate strategies; ensuring partner performance meets quality targets per contractual agreements; facilitating inter-department collaboration to resolve local client service issues; overseeing order management from offer creation to vehicle delivery; autonomously managing the partner-focused area with emphasis on commercial relations and adherence to the AUTONOLEGGIO CCNL guidelines; supporting partners in complex negotiations; and proactively identifying risks and proposing mitigations. Requires strong relational skills, problem solving, team collaboration, and good English, with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- Laurea o diploma in materie economiche, scientifiche, umanistiche
