OEM Paint Mixing Technician (2nd shift)

Job Summary
Accurately mix OEM automotive paints using computerized systems and manual techniques while filling components per established formulas. Measure, weigh, and dispense toners and additives with precision to ensure color accuracy and consistency. Operate, clean, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on paint mixing equipment. Verify formulas, labels, and documentation for accuracy while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Monitor inventory levels of toners and supplies to communicate replenishment needs. Support continuous improvement efforts to increase quality and efficiency. Work Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM in an 8-hour shift.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience mixing automotive paint, industrial coatings, powder coatings, or working in a collision repair or paint shop
- Have experience operating computerized paint mixing equipment
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Are comfortable working with computers and software-driven equipment
- Take ownership of your work and proactively solve problems
- Communicate effectively and work well with others
- Can prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- The ability to frequently bend, reach, and grasp
- The ability to lift and move materials and containers throughout the shift
- The ability to read paint codes, formulas, labels, and machine displays
- The ability to safely operate paint mixing equipment and related machinery
- The ability to work with paints, powders, and associated chemicals while following all required safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be available for Monday - Friday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (8 hr shift plus 30 min lunch)
- Must be able to work at Location: Eastwood Company – 263 Shoemaker Road, Pottstown, PA 19464
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must pass background checks
