Job Summary
OEM Sales Manager responsible for overall Infinitum presence within OEM accounts, driving design wins and strategic growth across engineering, procurement, and product teams. Build executive-level relationships with OEM decision-makers, navigate complex buying processes, collaborate with Business Development and Regional Sales Managers, lead technical and commercial discussions, develop multi-year account plans, and maintain CRM forecasts and dashboards. Key focus on communicating Infinitum Inside value, shaping product roadmaps, and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve recurring design-in opportunities. Hybrid remote options available; relocation assistance offered.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of OEM or Regional Sales Management experience in HVAC or related industry
