Job Summary
Oversee daily housekeeping, laundry, and house person operations to ensure high cleanliness standards and property presentation. Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to maintain seamless guest experiences by inspecting rooms and public spaces for quality and working order. Recruit, train, and lead team members with a focus on productivity while managing departmental schedules, supplies, and budgets. Respond to guest needs and resolve service issues in a timely, professional manner, ensuring compliance with safety standards and brand requirements. Lead with integrity and foster a positive, supportive work environment that encourages team members to reach their full potential.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations within hotels, healthcare, or multi-unit housing
