OEM Coordinator

Job Summary
Process service activities within the S&R platform software to capture results and document service operations on data sheets. Request RMAs from suppliers, interact with OEM suppliers regarding pending service and warranty claims, and track service performance lead times to escalate issues exceeding targets. Receive OEMs from product returns, sort items by customer ownership, create work orders and purchase orders, and prepare devices for inspection, labeling, and shipping to inventory. Maintain reporting updates in VRAS and ensure a clean, safe work area while complying with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years related experience in OEM or similar process
- Computer literate
- Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and procedures
- Ability to provide detailed documentation of work results
- Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and computing rate, ratio, and percent
