Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with powersports manufacturers and key customer contacts while serving as the primary connection between customers and internal teams. Support customer programs from concept through launch by coordinating requests, project updates, and technical discussions with Product Development and Engineering. Manage pricing, quotes, forecasts, and account information, and analyze programs to support profitability and growth. Gather market insights, attend industry events, and assist with new product launches and model year changes. Travel approximately 25-30% of the time. Join a collaborative team known for innovation in the powersports and marine industries, working directly with leading manufacturers on exciting new products.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in the powersports industry and outdoor recreation
- Experience in customer service, account management, project coordination, inside sales, or customer support
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable interacting with customers in both business and technical discussions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel approximately 25-30%
