Job Summary

OEM Account Manager responsible for developing trusted advisor relationships with OEM customers, providing excellent service and support, and identifying growth opportunities within the region. Lead with cross-functional collaboration to deliver quotes and sales proposals, manage multiple project management duties, maintain gross margin per divisional goals, and support contract review and accounts receivable resolution. Regularly host meetings with customers to understand applications and opportunities, with occasional travel required; collaborate with OEM team and other internal groups to drive customer success and measurable business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or business from an accredited college or university
  • Prior experience in OEM account management in manufacturing industry, preferred
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Effective presentation skills, able to clearly communicate with people at all levels of the organization and with customers/prospects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., Epicor/Kinetic)
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Travel & Physical Requirements: Valid driver’s license; regional travel and occasional air travel
