OE Logistics Associate

Job Summary
Monitor customer order releases and coordinate with carriers to support timely Just-in-Time deliveries for original equipment manufacturers. Identify and resolve delivery delays, inventory shortages, and exceptions while maintaining accurate stock levels across business partners. Analyze order and logistics data to support Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory planning activities and prepare performance reports for management. Collaborate with Global Headquarters, field sales teams, and distribution centers to align supply with customer forecasts and production requirements. Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) environments
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Bilingual Korean language skills
- Occasional overnight travel, including weekends
- Additional hours or days
Desired Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) environments preferred
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP preferred
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
- Bilingual Korean language skills are a plus
