Job Summary
OE Account Manager to manage key OEM accounts across North America from Michigan, coordinating pricing, engineering, purchasing, quality, and logistics; build relationships with decision-makers, provide customer training, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals; success measured by sales targets and customer satisfaction; requires proactive, strategic, relationship-focused account management with 5+ years in OE tire industry and a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, plus experience with Ford as an OEM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in the OE tire industry, including account management, engineering, and/or quality assurance
- Experience working with Ford as an OEM Account Manager
