Job Summary
Supervise and manage Residential Program House Managers and Direct Support Professionals, providing direction, training, support, guidance, discipline, and annual appraisals. Organize and direct the implementation of program plans and activities for individuals receiving ODP services. Meet weekly with residential program house managers, the director, behavior specialist, and nurse. Respond effectively and professionally to complaints, inquiries, and requests for information. Maintain a safe, secure, and supportive living environment while assisting individuals in learning to live and function independently within their community. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree and one year work experience working directly with persons with intellectual delays
- Bachelor's Degree and two years' experience working directly with persons with intellectual delays
- Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years' experience working directly with persons with intellectual delays
- Current valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Acceptable driving record obtained through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
- Acceptable Criminal Record Check
- Passing of physical examination and TB
