Job Summary
Odoo Functional Consultant to join an expanding Odoo Implementation Team. Lead end-to-end ERP projects by implementing and configuring Odoo modules (Website, eCommerce, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Project, Timesheet, Accounting, Inventory, MRP, HR, Survey, Marketing, POS, Spreadsheet, Studio), translate client requirements into effective Odoo solutions, and deliver deployment, testing, and post-go-live support. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, mapping requirements, configuring workflows and reports, supporting data migration, collaborating with development for custom modules/integrations, providing user training and detailed documentation, and staying current with Odoo features and best practices. Required skills include hands-on Odoo ERP implementation experience (2+ years), module breadth, migration experience, strong business process understanding (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing), familiarity with PostgreSQL and basic Python, and excellent English communication (Arabic a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Odoo ERP systems
- Strong expertise in multiple Odoo modules (Website, eCommerce, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Project, Timesheet, Accounting, Inventory, MRP, HR, Survey, Marketing, POS, Spreadsheet, Studio)
- Preferred: Odoo 18 Functional Certification
- Experience with data migration, multi-company/multi-currency environments
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Python (basic), Odoo Studio
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an added advantage
