Job Summary
Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and provide recommendations for optimizing Odoo ERP usage. Conduct gap analyses, create functional design documents, and configure the system by building new modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Train end-users, provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, and work with technical teams to integrate customizations and third-party applications. Keep up-to-date with new Odoo features to improve client processes and act as a subject matter expert for the team. Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing the Odoo ERP system
- Strong understanding of business processes and experience in providing strategic guidance to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing the Odoo system, including creating new modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Python and experience with web development is a plus
