Pull merchandise from pick lists using a handheld RF scanner, verify counts, and move items from the sales floor to staging areas. Communicate inventory issues, expired goods, and equipment problems to the team, and coordinate reserve area pulls to optimize floor space. Securely package orders following SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club, while maintaining a clean, organized SFC area and handling damaged products. Ensure timely order completion to meet productivity metrics and SLAs. Maintain club policies, dress codes, and safety standards throughout the shift.
