Odenberg Supervisor Production - 2nd Shift - Cumming, GA

Production Supervisor on 2nd shift responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. Responsibilities include checking daily production orders, ensuring all positions are filled before production start-up, overseeing morning exercises and job rotation for ergonomics, maintaining machinery performance, ensuring USDA inspection readiness, promoting daily safety and monthly safety meetings, accurate shipments and inventory coding, and communicating benefits/policies to team members. Requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to train and mentor team members; familiarity with SAP and poultry/manufacturing environments is preferred.
