Job Summary
Line Cook position at Odell Brewing Co. Sloan’s Lake (Denver, CO) — part-time up to 29 hours/week. Responsibilities include rotating through stations to prepare scratch pizzas, salads, and other Colorado-inspired dishes, assisting with shift changes, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, receiving orders and storing items, and collaborating with a team to ensure timely guest service. Requires willingness to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends; must be 21+ with kitchen/restaurant experience; ServSafe certification is a plus; strong, positive, collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Current food handlers permit or ServSafe certification is a plus
- Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
