Job Summary
Conduct patient intake by maintaining accurate records before preliminary testing and guiding customers through the first steps of the Visionworks experience. Transition patients from the exam room to the sales floor, providing associates with necessary information to recommend products and services. Execute operational activities including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to support exam lane maintenance. Prepare the technician work schedules to meet patient and doctor demand, and count the optometrist's daily revenue for deposit.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Licensed OD Techs will have/maintain a State Opticians License
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing

- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
