Job Summary
Support workforce development initiatives by providing administrative assistance for training, social worker practice education, and the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) program. Manage competing demands and prioritize workloads while meeting tight deadlines under the line management of the OD Delivery Manager. Utilize high-level IT skills in Microsoft Office to facilitate key OD processes within a large, complex organization. Operate under pressure to ensure the council maintains a flexible, highly skilled, and capable workforce aligned with its One Council ethos.
Required Qualifications
