Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (Paediatrics) with a role across clinic-based paediatric caseloads, home visits, and community settings within Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service. Work as part of an interprofessional MDT to deliver client-centred OT services, including play-based holistic assessments, collaboration with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals, and involvement with kindergarten programs (SPOT) to support children's learning and development. Strong emphasis on culturally safe practice with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities; opportunities to contribute to innovative health service development and to participate in a range of settings from primary health care clinics to community events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Current Disability Worker Screening Check (QLD Yellow Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Driver Licence: C Class (QLD)
